Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused products and services
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex trend analysis into actionable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Champion a culture of future-readiness through internal workshops and thought leadership
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators that could impact our 2026 strategic position
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-ready initiatives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences

- Portfolio demonstrating past future-shaping projects or publications
