Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers and roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Present executive briefings to the board on future risk/opportunity scenarios
- Drive adoption of AI-driven predictive analytics for strategic decision-making
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
