Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum, bio, and AI convergence
- Lead scenario planning for societal shifts (work, ethics, sustainability)
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for 3-5 year horizons
- Partner with C-suite to align strategy with emerging regulatory landscapes
- Curate global futurist networks and forecast market disruptions
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry keynotes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology
- Published futurist or peer-reviewed scenario planning work
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks (UN, EU, US)
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Fluency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions
