Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and commercialization teams
- Produce trend analysis reports for C-suite stakeholders and board presentations
- Design scenario-planning models for global market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience with global policy advisory boards or tech ethics councils
