Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ technological and societal trends using AI-driven analytics
- Design strategic frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and metaverse ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation roadmaps
- Produce horizon-scanning reports identifying disruptive opportunities across 15+ industries
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and adaptability
Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology adoption curves
- Portfolio demonstrating work on 5+ future-focused projects (quantum, AI ethics, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizons scanning, Delphi methodology)
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or strategy journals
