- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps targeting 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional futurist workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Author quarterly Horizon Pulse reports for Fortune 500 partners
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and sustainable growth
- Collaborate with product teams to embed 2026-ready features in current roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums (Davos, Singularity Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leader in futurist publications (e.g., Future Journal, Tech Horizons)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 10-year strategic pivots
