Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to map 2026-2030 strategic landscapes
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for organizational adaptation and disruption resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce horizon reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
