- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience
- Advise executive leadership on long-term resource allocation and talent strategy
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D

- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
