Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile markets
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-proof product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 5-year commercialization potential
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive/board experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
