- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite
- Build scenario models for regulatory, market, and technological shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Represent Horizon at global futurism summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing long-term visions for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or future-of-industry topics
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
