Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for market evolution and competitive landscape shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future market demands
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development roadmaps and investment priorities
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and analytical software
