Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Quantify future scenarios using predictive modeling and Monte Carlo simulations
- Design strategic playbooks for clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers and trend briefs disseminated to 500+ enterprise decision-makers
- Build proprietary foresight tools integrating NLP, blockchain, and IoT data streams
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing industry thought leadership at global forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech disruption analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Deep fluency in emerging tech stacks (GenAI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published author in futurist journals or top-tier business publications
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and exponential change
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi Technique)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic frameworks implemented by Fortune 500 clients
