Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and geopolitical shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Create strategic roadmaps with measurable milestones for 2026 initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
