Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation blueprints for future product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging technologies
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, WFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
