Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into executable innovation pipelines
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports with quantitative trend analysis and qualitative narratives
- Develop AI-powered early-warning systems for emerging threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards with compelling data visualizations
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and systems thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent disciplines
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic horizons
