Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate 2026-era technologies
- Architect ethical governance models for emerging tech including quantum AI and neuro-interfaces
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-backed narratives
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough innovations
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and climate economics to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 'Horizon Academy' program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing commercialized tech products with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision projects implemented at scale
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and climate-tech intersectionality
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future scenarios
