Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts pre-2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for anticipating consumer behavior and industry evolution
- Design scenario-planning models to prepare for multiple future outcomes
- Present future-ready strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or publications
