As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to build adaptive roadmaps that anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 partners.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (AGI, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Develop predictive analytics dashboards for market evolution tracking
- Create innovation blueprints for client-specific future-state ecosystems
- Publish thought leadership in future-focused industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists on trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF preferred)
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenario work
