Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps for emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Translate future insights into actionable product development and market entry strategies
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking strategic adoption and future-readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and external partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and exponential technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
