- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive market shifts
- Advocate ethical implementation of advanced technologies
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with global stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state strategy execution
- Fluency in at least one additional language (preferred)
