Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives on future risk mitigation
- Partner with AI research teams to develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Author annual 'State of 2026' reports for industry stakeholders and policymakers
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and thought leaders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum computing applications and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, biotech governance, or quantum adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record influencing enterprise strategy through trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CFTE)
