Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to prepare for 2026 technological and societal transformations
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build cross-functional partnerships to integrate future insights into product development
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry disruption forecasts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating complex future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight publications
