Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential growth and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Author high-impact foresight reports and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on industry evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future strategy
