Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, AGI) for competitive advantage
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for global disruption forecasting
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions addressing future human needs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and mentor a high-impact futurist innovation team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning with tech or innovation-focused organizations
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
