Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026, analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content including whitepapers and executive briefings
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-readiness into corporate DNA
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptor landscapes
- Build predictive models for market shifts and regulatory impacts
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
