Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact reports and presentations translating complex foresight into executive decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions and business models
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for strategic initiatives with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CSSP) preferred
