- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for future-proofing business operations
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and innovation adoption
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research to validate future opportunity landscapes
- Build stakeholder alignment around transformational initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation
