Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefings for executive decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market evolution
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for future-proofing business models
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into planning cycles
- Represent the company at global futurism and innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
