Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Author executive briefings and whitepapers on emerging megatrends impacting global markets
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into 18-36 month roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and immersive storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial innovation strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, weak signal detection)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
