Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and societal trends through 2026 using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Establish KPIs for tracking evolution toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and climate risk factors affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for communicating complex futures
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFS)
- Experience working with C-suite on multi-year transformation
