Responsibilities
- Develop and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms through 2026
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives across healthcare, finance, and tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic priorities and innovation roadmaps
- Establish proprietary trend-tracking systems using AI analytics and human intelligence networks
- Advolve senior stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and climate resilience
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry roundtables
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field with 5+ years in trend analysis or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects for enterprise clients
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies strongly preferred
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in fast-paced innovation environments
