Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global trends in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technological adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author high-impact strategic briefs for executive boards and investors
- Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Maintain a proprietary foresight database and trend-mapping system
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or future-of-tech topics
