Responsibilities

- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports identifying high-impact disruption vectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future trajectories
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA innovation hubs
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption curves
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of quantum applications, synthetic biology, and neurotech landscapes
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic pivots
