Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly future-state briefings for executive leadership on AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Create immersive foresight workshops for stakeholders to align on future readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex futures
