- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with next-gen startups
- Represent InnovateFuture at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of successful innovation implementation
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience in tech, biotech, or sustainability sectors preferred
