Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for geopolitical and technological shifts
- Present futuristic strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to align long-term vision with innovation pipelines
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech-forward strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting complex futuristic concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Strong network of industry futurists and tech innovators
