Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends and market signals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Present visionary scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture early-stage opportunities
- Mentor strategy teams in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports influencing company-wide innovation priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or tech foresight leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI governance, synthetic biology, or circular economy)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
