Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Partner with R&D to translate future-vision concepts into tangible product roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and industry publications

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
