As a key member of our C-suite advisory team, you'll leverage data-driven insights and predictive modeling to identify paradigm shifts before they disrupt industries. You'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and investment teams to align innovation pipelines with future human needs and technological possibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with disruptive potential
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on future market opportunities and threats
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and global innovation hubs
- Oversee the creation of 'Future State' prototypes and simulations for strategic validation
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and researchers
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy with long-term vision
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, white papers, books)
- Experience leading global research teams across multiple continents
