Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps and innovation strategies aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for disruptive technologies and market transformations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to pioneer next-generation solutions in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling narratives and data-driven reports
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to co-create the future
- Champion a culture of innovation and future-readiness across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, climate tech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis abilities to transform complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences and external stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or relevant strategic planning frameworks
