Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month predictive horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) for strategic opportunities
- Design and implement cross-functional innovation initiatives for future-proof solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen technologies
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain ecosystem of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in futurist/forecasting roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives (quantum/AI/Neurotech)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech landscape and adoption curve analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transitions
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
