Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for clients targeting 2026 market transformations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, decentralized systems, autonomous systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for pilot programs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate technical feasibility of future-state concepts
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for 2026 innovation initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching transformative solutions with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Certification in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and secure multi-million dollar budgets
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
