Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and strategic pivots
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
