Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, and decentralized ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce scenario-planning models for climate adaptation, workforce transformation, and geopolitical disruptions
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness across business units
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI implications, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, TED talks)
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
