- Translate future scenarios into actionable product development frameworks
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners, startups, and research institutions

- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products or ventures
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
