- Mentor a team of 15 futurist researchers using our proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technological forecasting frameworks
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Proficiency in Python, R, and data visualization tools for trend analysis
