Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong financial acumen for innovation portfolio management
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling
- Experience with agile methodologies and design thinking
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
