- Direct cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and market strategy
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring 5-year impact on industry transformation
- Forge strategic partnerships with research labs and venture capital ecosystems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting 2026 tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, climate-tech)
- Executive experience scaling disruptive products to $100M+ ARR
- Published thought leadership on future tech scenarios
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three 5-year strategic implementations
- Deep network within DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
