- Track record of launching market-defining products with measurable ROI.
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or technology foresight.
