Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps integrating AI ethics, biometric interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams developing next-gen human-machine collaboration frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and World Economic Forum
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants for sustainable tech initiatives
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in neuro-ergonomics and predictive AI
- Present at Davos, TED, and major global innovation summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Science, Robotics, or Future Studies with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI-human integration or quantum interfaces
- Proven track record leading $50M+ R&D initiatives
- Deep expertise in ISO 20700 innovation management standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Patents in at least 2 of: neural interfaces, predictive AI, or sustainable tech
- Security clearance preferred for national tech initiatives
